A 10% non‑refundable deposit is required to confirm your place on the program.Final Balance
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before your scheduled arrival.Cancellations (30+ days before arrival)
If you cancel 30 days or more before arrival, your booking will be released without further penalty. The deposit remains non‑refundable.Cancellations (8–29 days before arrival)
If full payment has been made and you cancel more than 7 days before arrival, a 50% refund of the program fee will be offered.Cancellations (within 7 days of arrival)
Cancellations made in the final 7 days before arrival are not eligible for a refund. Instead, we will offer you the option to transfer your booking to an alternative date, subject to availability.Force Majeure / Natural Events
In the unlikely event of a natural disaster or safety concern that prevents the program from operating, the course will be cancelled. No refunds will be issued, but we will provide documentation and support to help you make a claim through your travel insurance provider.Communication
